Charging with the Volt Card is actually value for money and convenient. So how do you purchase a plan?
First, tap "Plan" located at the bottom of the menu bar. Your Volt Card will show up. Click the "Top up" button and select a plan.
You will be directed to the terms and conditions page. Go through the terms and click "Confirm". You will be directed to the Stripe payment page. Key in your payment details.
Once payment is successful, a Thank You page will appear. Close and reopen the app. Your newly bought credits will be updated in your Volt Card under "My Subscription" page.
To use the Volt Card, simply select “Subscription” under “Select Payment Method” before you click “Start Charging”. The credits will be automatically deducted and you can view your transaction details after your charging session ends.
That's it! The process will be the same for topping up. Happy charging!
Terms and Conditions
1. This purchase is not compulsory to start charging at Volt stations. This purchase entitles users to the kWh charging credits stated above. For users who prefer to Pay-as-You-Go and pay with credit/debit card after charging, simply exit the charging page, scan the QR Code on the charger, and select “Card” option under “Select Payment Method” to pay after the charging session ends.
2. Charging credits can be used for all Volt charging stations and chargers (both AC and DC) except for the following locations:
i. One Raffles Quay
ii. Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1
iii. Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2
iv. Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3
3. Charging credits are not recurring and strictly valid for a period of 2 months from date of purchase.
4. Charging credits can only be used for new transactions started after the purchase is successful.
5. S$110 is inclusive of 9% Goods Service Tax (GST).
6. No limit on the number of times users can purchase the charging credits package.
7. Premises’ standard parking fees apply.
8. This purchase is not deemed as a deposit and is not refundable.
9. Volt reserves the right to cancel, edit and suspend the promotion at any point of time.
